National Gallery of Art Senior Curator Harry Cooper and LaStarsha McGarity (PSP student and NGA Mellon Foundation Fellow) declare Picasso overrated and question if Chet Hanks is indeed the greatest artist of all time, in the museum's fifth episode of Ask the National Gallery Anything—now available on YouTube. The video is just one of the many offerings on the museum's channel, which includes a wide selection of interviews and artists' talks​.
