At a recent TEDx event held
at the University of Delaware, ARTC Chair Debra Hess Norris discussed the role of photo conservation in
preserving cultural memory. In her talk, Ms. Norris focused on why preservation of this heritage is crucial for future generations, how photographic materials deteriorate due to a variety of factors, and encouraged viewers to take steps to conserve their own photographic collections.
