Anya Shutov

Supplemental Faculty

Anya Shutov received her BA in art conservation and chemistry from the University of Delaware in 2002, and her MS in art conservation from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation in 2005 with a specialization in paintings conservation. While in the program, she interned in the Swiss Institute for Art and Research in Zürich, Switzerland; The National Fine Arts Gallery in Sofia, Bulgaria; and the Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven. After completing her studies, Anya worked for a year treating painting and frames with Mary McGinn at the Belmont Hills Art Conservation Studios. In addition to teaching the undergraduate art conservation internships at the University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation, she works for private studios and institution including Barbara A. Buckley and Associates Painting Conservation, Carole Abercauph Painting Conservation, and the Barnes Foundation.
